MissionThe mission of The Women's Empowering Life Line, Inc. is to promote the overall health, well being, independence, and capabilities of adult women by providing behavioral health treatment and transitional services. PhilosophyIt is the philosophy of the Women's Empowering Life Line, Inc. that all women in recovery from behavioral health disorders deserve to be treated in a dignified and caring manner, yet need to be encouraged to become responsible and productive citizens. It is the philosopy of the WELL, Inc. that with proper nurturing and treatment, women can improve the quality of their lives. The WELL utilizes an individual approach that endorses the 12-Step model.
